One of the best parts of mosaic is how easy it is to create bold, graphic patterns with just a few simple materials. For this project, I’m making a striped tray—clean, colourful, and surprisingly easy to pull together. It’s all about repeating rows of tiles to create a striking design. This is a great beginner-friendly project that gives you a chance to practise glueing, spacing, and making quick tile cuts for a polished finish. Plus, it’s the kind of piece that looks amazing on a coffee table, vanity, or kitchen bench.
